A By-law to 0rovide flor the total 1949 expenditure on
in the Township of P[skerl~g, in the County of 0ntsrlo.
Roads
W~EREAS the Highway Improvement Act, Chapter 56, R.S.0., 1937
and amendments requires that the total expenditure on Township
roads and bridges be provided for annually by Township By-law.
T~EREFORE the Council of the
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(1) The sum of $.~.~,~.~.~.. is hereby appropriated
raised by levy, debentures and goverhment subsidy for totsl
ture upon construction and maintenance of roads and bridges

(2) The said monies shall be expended under the direction

performed in accordance with the Highway Improvement Act.
