By-lsw to appoint a Weed Inspector to carry out the
provisions of the Weed Control Act, in the Township of
Plckering, during the year 1949.
The Council of the Municipal Corporation of. the Town-
ship of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That//~.~.-...-~~.., be and he is hereby
appointed Weed Inspector, to carry out the provisions of the
Weed Control Act, in the Township ~f Pickering, during the
year 1949.
2. That the duties of the Weed Inspector shall be as set
forth end defined in the said Weed Control Act.
3. That the remuneration of the said Weed Inspector shell
be ..... ~.. ¢ per hour with .'3''-. ¢ allowance for
mileage or travelling expenses while actually engaged in
discharging the duties of the said office.
