By/law to appoint Valuer of sheep end other livestock
worried by dogs, in the Township of Pickering, in the year 1949.
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
i That be and he is heraby appointed
Valuer of sheep and other live stock worried by dogs in the.
Township of Picketing, during the year 1949..
2. That the said Valuer of sheep end other live stock shell
continue to act as such after the expiration of the year 1949
until his successor shall have been appointed in the year 1950.
3. That the remuneration for the said Valuer of sheep end other
live stock shall be ss follows:
(s) For making each inspection of one or more sheep or
other animals, together with making report es to same $ .~, ....
(b) ..~....¢ per mile, one way necessarily travelled
in making such inspection.
