Of the Municipality of the Township of Picketing, to make e
change in the Municipal Voting hours.
~EREAS the present hours for the opening and closing of the
Poll for Municipal Elections are 9'a.~. to 7 p.m.
AND W~REAS Council feel that the best interests of the Muni-

cipality would be served if said Poll was ope~so that residents
who obtain employment outside the Township may have time to vote
after working hours.
Ah~ WHEREAS chapter 266, k.S.0, section 112, sub-section 2,
provides that the said Poll must remain open eight consecutive hours
between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Town-
ship of Plckerlng:
(1) That the Poll shall be opened at every polling place st l0 a.m.
o'clock in the forenoon, ~nd shall be kept open until 8 p.m. o'clock
in the afternoon.
(2) That all ~y-laws contrery to or inconsistent with this By-l~w
shall be repealed.
