WHER~Aa John Powers has resigned from the proposed Joint
Piokering-Whitby Planning Board;
BE IT THmREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Pickering that the name o£ Joseph Banigan ~e inserted
for that of John Powers for one year. Subject to the approval
of the Council of the Township of Whltby.
