it was ~reed that the Townships of Pickerin~ ~nd
fo~'m a joint Pl~nning Board, comprisim~ the v,hole
of Pickerinf~ ~n~d ,hitby except the Ajax Area, thr~t the co-ts of
such a Board sho~ld be borne Plckerin~ 65~J and hitby 35;5, that
Picketing Township should have four members ~nd hitby Tow'nship
two members, amd that application for such o Board be made to the
Dep~rtment of Planning and Development.
