Of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township
bf Picketing.
A By-lsw f~r the further regulation of the construction,
alteration or rep ir of buildings within the limits of the Town-
ship of Pickering, including the Police Villages of PickerlnE and
Claremont, according to By-law Number 1637.
The Municipal Council of
Picketing enacts as follows:
1. The moving of a building

shall be considered a re-erection,
will require a permit, and conform to By-law ]:umber 1637 relative
to size, location on lot and foundation.
2. Overnight cabins under the size of 440 square feet used as e
house can only be lived in for short periods such ss over might or
week ends, but not more than 12 days by any one person in any year.
No permit will be required for the building of such c~bins but said
cabins must be approved by the Building Inspector.
3.' All applications for permits to build places of business must
first be submitted to the Municipal Council for spprovel together
with plans and specifications.
4. Persons not conforming to above clauses shell be subject to
penalties as provided in By-law Number 1637.
