Of the Municipality of the Township of Picketing to alter certain
boundaries of Polling subdivisions and to create certain new subdivisions.~
WHEREAS Council have been requested by certain ratepayers to have
a change in the Polling subdivisions,
lAND WHEREA~ Council feel that more subdivisions are
the convenience of the ratepsyers:~
necessary for
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering
(1) That the boundaries of the various Polling subdivisions shall
be as follows:
No 1. All the lots numbered i to l0 inclusive from the First
cession line to the Fourth Concession line save and except the // ~'~
Crown property of Ajax. ' ·
No. 2. All the lots numbered 11 to 18-inclusive from Lake 0nterio
to the Third Concession line, save and except the Crown property
of Ajax. ~t
No. 3. Ail the lots numbered 19 to 24 inclusive from the First
Concession line to the Third Concession line and including lots
25 and 26 in the Second Concession. ~.~. . ~ ~
No. 3A All the lots numbered 25 to ~- inclusive from Lake 0n tar lo ~/~
to the Second Concession line, save and except the two subdivislon~ I~' ~
cession line to the seventh Concession line.
No. 7. All the lots numbered 11 to 26 inclusive from the Fifth Con-
cession line to the ~eventh Concession line and including lots 27
known as Feirport Beach and Port Dunbsrton which comprise parts of
the south helves of lots numbered 24, 25, 26 and 27.
NO. 4. All the lots numbered ~l to 35 inclusive which lie east of
the Rouge River from Lake Ontario to the Second line~ ~ "I'

No. 15 All the lots numbered 31 to 35 inclusive which lie south end
west of the Rouge River.
No. 16 All the lots numbered ll to 24 inclusive from the Third Con-
cession line to the Flfth Concession line including lots 25 and 26

That By-law numbered t673 be and the same is hereby repealed. /~/
That this By-law sh~ll come into effect on the date of the final
passing thereof.
