By-law to ap ,oint the place and hour for receiving nominations for
the offices of Reeve, Deputy-Reeve and three Councillors for the
Municipality of the Township of Picketing, and to receive nominations
for three Trustees for School ~rea Number i for the year 1948o To
appoint the places for holding the election thereof and persons to
presidethereat as Deputy .~eturning Officers and Poll Clerks.
'fha ~,~uniclpal Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. ~ha~ the place for receiving nominations for the office of Reeve,
Deputy-Reeve and three Councillors for the Municipality of the ?ownahlp
of Pickering, and Trustees for the said School Area for ~he year 1948
shall be i~ the Township Hall, at ~he Village of ~rou~ham, and at
that hour during which such nominations ~y be received shall commen~
at the hour of on~ o'clock in the afternoon of ~he £9th day of Decem-
ber, 1947, and not at the hour of noon on that day.
