Of the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Plckerin~,
to make an increase in the car allowance of the Chief Constable.
%~HEREAS at a recent meeting of the Council, the oar allowance
of J. B. Irvtne, Chief Constable of this ~funicipality, wes increased,
and it is deemed necessary to conf£rm such increase by ~y-law~
hE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Municipal
Corporation of ~he Township uf Piekerin~:
1. That the car allowance of J. B. Irvlne es Constable for 1946
be increased from .06~ to .07~ per mile for his car necessarily
used in performr, nce of hl~ duty. Incl4antal and mileage expenses
/~
shell not amount to over ~.00 for Shy one month, and the Town-
~bip w~ll assume the co~t of the Constable's car insurance.
~:. That B2-1aw No. 16B7 be end the same is hereby repealed.
