for the Ajax Area in the Township of Pickerlng.
~}IEREAS Dr. U. R. Skelly has tendered his resignation
as Assistant ~edical Health Officer:
AND '~EEEAS it is in the interests of the ~unicipality
that a ~edlcal Officer of Health be appointed for the Ajax Area:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the ~unicipal Council of
the Township of Piekering that:
1. That Dr. R. M. Rogers of the Village of Ajax be and he
is hereby appointed ~edieal Officer of Heelth for the Ajax Area.
2. That the duties of the said ~edical Health ~fficer shall
be as prescribed by the Department of Health, working with the
~edlcal Health Officer of the Township of Picketing.
~. That the salary of the said Medical Health Officer shall
be $400.00 per annum and be retroactive to ~-6~ /~ /F~
4. That By-law No. 1684 be end the same iS hereby repealed.
Passed this Zrd day of ~eptember, 1948.
