WHEREAS the Trustees of the Poli~e Village of Plckering have
made request for the levy of a special rata of ,.~....,, mills on
the dollar upon ~11 the rateable prooerty in the said Village to
defray the cost of m~lntainln~ ~tr~et ti~hts and me~t the coot of
other sundry village requirements durin~ the year 1946.
AND ~,H2REAS the to$,~l taxable property in the said Police
Village is the s,Am of $187,014.'..9.
BE £T THEREFORE ENACTED by the ..!uniclpsl Council of the
Township of Plck~rlng:
That there be raised, levied and collected from end upon
the rstesble property In the Police Village of Picketing, in the
year 1946, the rats or sum of ..~.~.~... mills on the dollar
amounting to the sum of , ..! ............. ... for the aforesaid
purposes of the s~ld Police Village of Pickerln~ in the sold year.

By-law to levy a special ~ate on the taxable property in the
Police Village of Picketing, to defray the cost of street lights
and other special purposes in the said Village, in the year 1048.
WITEREAS the Trustees of the Poliwe Village of Picketing have
mede request for the levy of a special rate of ...~.t~.. mills on
the dollar upon ell the rateable property in the said Village to
defray the cost of maintaining street lights and meet the cost of
other sundry village requirements during the year
AND WHEREAS the total taxable property in the said Police
Village is the sum of $187,01~.99.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the ~unicipal Council of the
Township of Picketing:
That there be raised, levied and collected from and upon ell
the rateable property in the Pollce Village of Plckering, in the
year 19~$, the rate or sum of .~.-./. .... mills on ~he dollar
amounting to the sum of $ ........ 'J~ ........ for the aforesaid
purposes of the said Police Village of Plckerlng in the said year.
PASSED this 2nd dsy of 1046.
