By-law to appoint an Assistant Medical Health Officer
for the Township of Pickering.
~%~EREAS Dr. W. R. Skelly has tendered his resignation as
Assistant ~,~edical Health Officer:
A_ND WHEREAS it is in the interests of the Municipality
that the office of Assistant Medical Health Officer be filled:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Picketing that:
That Dr. R. M. Rogers of the Village of Ajax, be and
is hereby appointed Assistant Medical Health Officer.
That the duties of the said Medical Health Officer
shall be as prescribed by the Department of Health, working
under our Medical Health Officer·
3. That the salary of the said Assistant Medical Health
Officer shell be nil.
4. Tha~ By-law No. 1660 be end the same is hereby repealed.
