By-law to appoint a Weed Inspector to carry out the
provisions of the Weed Control Act, in the Township of Picketing,
during the year 1946o
The Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Township
of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That . : .......... ..., be and he is hereby
appointed Weed Inspector, to carry out the provisions of the
Weed Control Act, in the Township of Picketing, during the
year 1946.
~2. That the duties of the Weed Inspector shall be as set
~'~ forth and d::fined in the said Weed Control Act

~d~'3. That the remuneration of the said ,/eed Inspector shall
~' be ~.~.. per hour with .~.o¢ allowance for mileage or
~' travelling expenses while actuelly engaged in discharging
