THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL of the Township of Pic](ering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Fro~ a~d after the passlnt~, of' this By-Law, no person occupying any premi.~es in the Township of Picketing, and carry- ing on therein the businese oI' a barber, billiard or pool room, shocker table, bowlln~, alley, carnival, cigarette or tobacco vender, circus, dance hall, refres'ca,~ent booth, restaurant, hot doE stand, skating rluk, theatre or any other business, shall keep on their premises any slot machine, pin game, punch board, ball game or any other similar whether played or not. pin ball device, Any person upon conviction oefore a ~aglstrate or a Justice of tqe Peace, ehall be fined for a fipst offense the sum of ~50.00 and costs, and for a second or ary subsequent offense the sum of $100.00 and costs.
