Picketing author~zing the opening of certain roads For the purposes

B~ IT THEP~FOR2 ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing as follows:
That For the purpose of improving the telephone service peru~taalon la
hereby given For and on behalf of tho said Corporation of the Township of
Picketing, to the said Boll Telephone Company of Canada to open the
following portions of the public roads in the Township of Picketing and
betwnen tim To~nships of Flekor~ng and b~ttby for the purpose of placing
therein its buried cables, that la to say:
(1)
Road between Lot 35. To~nsktp of Whitby. and Lot 1 in the Townshlp
of Plcke~tflg. In tho first connesslon, the ~able to cross m~td road
at a polnt 763 feet north oi* the north street l~Lne of the new
Provincial tll~h~ay, f~om the east side to tho ~est side, a total
d~stance of 69 Feet.

On the road between Lots 2 and 3 tn sald first concession of said
Township of Picketing, the Cable crossing said road at a point 753
Feet north of tho north arrest line of the said new Provincial
Rl~hway F~om the east a/do to the west olds, a total distanne o1.
66 feet.

On an unopened road betMeon Lots 4 and 5 in the said first eenneaslon
of tho Township of PAokel~ng, the cable erosalng the road at 752
feet north of the north street line of tho aforesaid raw Provincial
~i~lvay, f~,om tho west to tim east, a total dlstanee of 66 feet.
