Traffic Act.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this by-law shall
incur for the first offence a penalty of not less than ten dollars and
not more than fifty dollars; for the second offence a penalty of not
less than twenty dollars and not more than one hundred dollars, and
in addition his license or permit may be suspended for any period not
exceeding thirty days, and for any subsequent offence shall incur a
penalty of not less than fifty dollars and not more than two hundred
dollars, and shall also be liable to imprisonment for any term not
exceeding thirty days and in addition his license or permit may be
suspended for any period not exceeding six months.
