Of the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Picketing, in the County
and Province of Ontario.
A BY~IAW TO PROHIBIT THE PASSING OR ATTEMPT AT PASSING OF VEHICLES BY OTHER
VEHICLES WHILE ON BRIDGES OR CULVERTS ON PUBLIC HIGHWAYS IN THE HUNICIPAL-_
ITY OF THE TO~NSHIP OF PICKING.
The Council of the said Municipal Corporation of the Township of Picketing
ENACTS AS FOLLONS:
No driver or drivers of any vehicle or vehicles shall in future pass
or attempt to pass any other vehicle or vehicles travelling in the
same direction while such vehicles are on any bridge or culvert on
any of the public highways or roads in the said Hunicipality of the
Township of Picketing.

Any person or persons oonvicted before a magistrate or other la~ful
authority of a contravention of any of the provisions of this By-Law
shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $50.00 for each offense,
exclusive of costs, to be recovered under the provisions of the
Summary Convictions Act.

This By-Law shall not come into effect or have any force until it
shall have been approved of by the Honourable the Hinister of Highways
of Ontario, or by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
