A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE PROVISIONS OF THE LINE FENCES ACT APPLYING
TO UNOCCUPIED AS WULL AS OCCUPIED LANrDS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
IN THE COUNTY AND PROVINCE OF ONTARI09
.IMPA by subsection 3 of Section 1 of The Line Fences Act, Chapter 315
of the Revised Statutes of Ontario 1927, it is provided that the provisions
of the said Act LrLutatill guitandis shall appiy'to unoccupied land as wall as
to occupied land in,any Township in a County or District if the Council of
such Township passes a By-Law, declaring that the provisions of said Act
shall so apply;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the provisions of the said Act
should so apply;
HE IT THEREFORE FNACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering:
THAT hereafter the provisions of The Line Fences Act mutatis mutandis
shall apply to unoccupied land as well as to occupied land within the
limits of the said Township of Pickerin;e

TO UNOCCUPIED AS WELL AS OCCUPIED LANDS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
IN THE COUNTY AND PROVINCE OF ONTARIO,
MIMEAS by subsection 3 of Section 1 of The Line Fences Aot, Chapter 315
of the Revised Statutes of Ontario 1927, it is provided that the provisions
of the said Act Mtatis mutandis shall apply to unoccupied land as wall as
to occupied land in any Township in a County or District if the Council of
such Township passes a By-Law, declaring that the provisions of said Act
shall so apply;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the provisions of the said Act
shopld so apply;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering:

shall apply to unoccupied land as wall as to occupied land within the
