HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1423A,Y - LAW N UMBER 1 4 2 3 BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW N0. 1402 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENTITLED " A BY-LAW TO MAKE CERTAIN BUILDING RESTRICTIONS WITH- IN THE LIMITS OF THE TOWNSHIP OP PICK9RING8 APART FROM THE POLICE VILLAGES OF PICKERING AND CLAREMONT". The Municipal Count:il of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT Section 6 of the said By-law No. 1402 of this Corporation be and the same is hereby repealed and th* following paragraph enacted and substituted in place thereof, that is to sayi- 06th. A Building Inspector shall be forthwith appointed by the said Council, and the duties of such Inspector shall be to enforce the provisions of this By-Law, and to issue Permits to the owners or persons erecting or proposing to erect buildings in the aforesaid area, and to collect from the owner or person *rooting or intending to erect each such building a fee of $4.00 and which fee he shall :stain as remun- eration for his services as such Building Inspector. 2. THAT this By-Law shall come into force and take effect at once on, from and after the passing of the sans. PASSED May 7th, 1934. Reeve "Donald R. The Municipal Counull of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT Section 6 of the said By-raw No. 1402 of this Corporation be and the same is heta by ropealed and the following paragraph enacted and substituted in place thereof, that is to say:- 06th. The Municipal Cotmuil of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering ENACTS AS- FOLLOWS: 1. THAT Section 6 of the said By-Law No. 1408 of this Corporation be and the same is hereby repealed and the following paragraph enacted and substituted in place thereof, that is to say;- 06th. A Building Inspector shall be forthwith appointed by the said Council, and the duties of such Inspector shall be to enforce the provisions of this By-Law, and to issue Permits to the owners or persons erecting or proposing to erect buildings in the aforesaid area, and to collect from the owner or person erecting or intending to erect each such building a fee of $4.00 and which fee he shall :retain as romun- oration for his services as such Building Inspector. 2.
