OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING, FOR THE
ADOPTION OF AN AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF WOODLANDS
ROAD, PLAN 228, OF SAID TOWNSHIP.
WHEREAS by petition the owners of lands bordering on said Woodlands Road
have requested the Corporation to create certain improvements upon said
Road in so far as it extends from the Kingston Road in a northerly direction
to a certain bush one-half mile distant from the northerly limit of said
Kingston Road.
AND WHEREAS the said Corporation has agreed to do so upon the terms fully
set forth in a certain Agreement dated the day of October, 19339
which has been executed by the said owners, and a copy of which Agreement
is appended hereto as "Exhibit A".
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the said Municipal Corporation
of the Township of Pickering:-
THAT the Agreement above referred to and a copy of which is appended
hereto be and the same is hereby authorized and adopted, and that the
said Agreement be forthwith executed by the Reeve and Clerk for and on
behalf of the said Corporation and the Seal of the said Corporation affixed
thereto.
