TUAT the Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized an,, instructed,
for and on behalf of this Corporation, to execute an A,*reement with the
said Gilb(,rt Brereton in the words and fi-ures of the paper writin,
annexed hereto and marked with the letter "A", and that the sail paper
writin- annexed hereto shall constitute and he read and construed as
heinl* a part of this Ry-Law.

BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE A CERTAIN AGREEMENT BETWEEN TUB SAID COMMM"ION AND
GIlMT BRERSION, FOR THE SALE TO THE LATTZR OF A PORTION OF THE ORIGINAL
ALLOWANCZ FOR ROAD BETWZBN THE SECOND AND THIRD RANGES OF TEE BROM FRONT
CONCESSION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICIBRING AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
JOUIDW the Council of the said Municipal Corporation deea it expedient
to make and enter Into an Agreement with the said Gilbert Brereton in
the words and figures of the annexed paper writing, the same bearing
date the 13th day of June, 1927,
IT THTfI,Z Z ENACTED by the Council of the Municipal Corporation of
the Township of Pickerings
THAT the Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby authorised and instructed,
for and on behalf of this Corporation, to execute an Agreement with the
said Gilbert Broreton in the words and figures of the paper writing
annexed hereto and marked with the letter "A", and that the said paper
writing annexed hereto shall constitute and be read and construed as
being a part of this By-Law.
