BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW N0. 817 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERRING ENTITLED A "BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF A REWARD
FOR THE KILLING AND DISCOVERY OF ANY DOG FOUND WORRYIINE, WOUNDING OR
KILLING SHEEP IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKSRtING•, BY REPEALING BY-LAW
NO. 1073 OF THE SAID CORPORATION.
WHEREAS by said By-Law No. 817 as originally passed a reward of =5.00
was provided for the killing of any dog caught or known to have worried,
wounded or killed any sheep in said Township;
WwR by By-Law No. 1073 of said Corporation the said By-Law No.
8 as amended by increasing such reward to =10.00;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the said reward should be
reduced to the former amount of $5.00;
BE 1'T THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering;
THAT the said By-Law No. 1073 of the said
