A BY-LW TO AUTHORIZE AND INSTRUCT TER RBBYS AND TREASURER OF TER TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING TO E MUTE AND DEPOSIT WITH THE HYDRO-BIMRIC POWER COMMISSION
OF ONTARIO CERTAIN DEBENTURE= OF THE SAID TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING*
WHEN" By-Law Number 1123 of the said Township provides that Debentures
of the said Corporation to the amount of =482,050900 shall be issued and
deposited with the said Hydro-Electric Power Commission of Ontario;
AP, the said By-Law was duly submitted to and received the assent
o the Electors entitled to vote thereon on the Eleventh day of October,
1919s and was finally passed by the Council of the said Corporation on the
21st day of November, 1919;
NOW THMMIM the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering ENACTS AS
FOLWWSs
The Reeve and Treasurer of the said Township of Pickering are hereby
authorised and instructed to sign and affix the Corporate goal to Deb-
entures of the said Corporation for the sum of$4828050.000 as set forth
in Schedule "B" to the said By-Law; and the said Treasurer is further
authorised and instructed to deposit such Debentures with the Hydro-
Electric Power Commission of Ontario.
