bein3 a by-law to dedicate
certain lands as public
highways.
WHEREAS the lands described firstly, secondly and
thirdly in Schedule "A" hereto were conveyed to The Corpor-
ation of the Township of Picketing for road widenin9 purposes
to satisfy conditions of the Committee of Adjustment to be
fulfilled by Invar Consultants Limited, Flo-Moe Investments
Limited and Sidney Leonard Gates respectively prior to the
granting of consents to convey abutting lands and it is nec-
essary to dedicate the said lands as public highways so tkat
the abutting lands will have frontage on a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICICERING ENACTS AS FOLII~WS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public
highway.
