WHBRBA$ $co%% Laboza%ories Limited has entered into
an agreement of purchase and sale with The Corp~x ation of the
Township of Picketing to purchase a 3.50 acre ~cel of land
in Lot 19 in Range 3 of the Township of Picketing, which
agreement was executed by the Reeve and Clerk of the Township
pursuant to its resolution number 251/69;
ANO WHEREAS it is necessary to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to execute the deed to Scott Laboratories Limited.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION CF
THB TOWNSHIP OF, PICKERINS E~CTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are authorized to execute a
deed from The Corporation of the Township of Pickex lng to
Scott Laboratories Limited dated Octobex gth~ 1969~ with
respect to a 3.50 acre parcel of land on the west side of
Brock Road in Lot 19 in Range 3 of the Township of Pickezlng~
said parcel being designated as PARTS 1 and 2 on a plan
deposited in the Registry Office for the County of Ontario
as number R.D.-87~ and to execute all documents Iequired
to complete the sale.
READ a First, Second a~ Third time and passed in
open Council this 3.~ day of /')~3~._~9_~ A.D. 1969.
