A By-law of the Corporation of the Town-
ship of Pickering imposing a special
drainage rate on part of lot 11 in con-
cession 4
WHEREAS Frank Hat~nn, the owner of part of lot eleven (11)
in the ~ ~) ~cession of the Township of Picketing,
applied to the Council of the Township of Pickering under
the Tile Drainage Act for a loan for the purpose of draining
said land;
AND WHEREAS Council by resolution ~97/68 loaned Frank Hattlmann
the sum of $1400.00 to be repaid with interest by means of the
rate hereinafter imposed;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Munieipal Council of the Town-
ship of Pickering that an annual rate of $172.62 is hereby
imposed upon such land for a period of ten (10) years, such
rate to be levied and collected at the same time and manner
as other property taxes.
Read a first, second and third time and passed in open Council
