Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Public Library Board, and to repeal
By-Law Number 3619.
WHEREAS The Public Libraries Act, 1966, under Section 5, Subsection 2,
provides for the appointment of members to a Public Library Board;
AND WHEREAS By-law 3218 of the To, ship of Picketing created a public
library for the whole Township;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the following persons shall comprise the
Library Board of the Township of Pickering and shall serve for the term
indicated.
1. Councillor D. Kitchen 1969
2. Mrs. Milton J. Mowbray 1969-1970-1971 (Council)
3. Mrs. N. Rowan 1969-1970-1971 (Public School
4. Mrs. D. O'Reilly 1969-1970 (Separate School)
5. Mr. J. C. Weber 1969-1970-1971 (Council)
6. Mrs. E. B. Phin 1969-1970-1971 (Public School
7. Mrs. E. Walcott 1969-1970 (Separate School)
8. Mr. Alban C. Ward 1969-1970-1971 (Public School
9. ~ ~ ~' ~g~ 1969-1970-1971 (Council)
By-Law Number 3619 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Rend a First, second and third time and PASSED in open Council this
