Being a By-law to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to execute a Construction
Contract for the construction of the
Pickering Township Sports Arena.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are authorized to execute a
Construction Contract with Lynview Construction Limited
for the construction of the Picketing Township Sports
Arena on Part Lot 19, Broken Front Range III, Township
of Picketing.
Read a first, second and third time and PASSED in open Council
this 15th day of September, 1969.
