1. Tha~ wa%ezmins be co~zucted on the streets and
~ween %he points %hereon set out on Sc~dule "N' heze~o
at a %o%al es%imted cost of $115,0~.O0 as local improvements
undex ~ provisions of The ~cal Imp/ov~nt Ac~.
2. The entire cos~ of ~he said wa~ez~ins, $115,000.00~
is %o ~ assessed upon %he lands abut%lng directly upon the
wozk and upon lands not abutting directly upon ~he work but
i~diately benefi%ti~ %hexefzom. The entire c~t, including
debenture chazges~ shall be assessed and levied on all ~ the
zageable ~operty in Zhe a~ea seg out in Schedule "B" ann~ed
heze~o which is hereby defied a Local Impzovemen~ ~ea
suan% ~o Sec~ion 67(1) of The ~cal ~ovemen~ ~, R.S.O.
1960~ as amended~ and be ~ by an annul za%e of 94¢
foot on ~he la~s s~cially assessed.
3. The Engineer of the Cozpoza~on ~ hereby authorized
%o make s~h pla~ ~ofiles a~ speclfica%ions ~d f~nish
such i~ormtion as my be necessary for the mking of contracts

for the doing of the work oz for carrying out the same by day
labour ar~ the work shall be carried on and executed under the
superintendence and according to the directions and orders of
the said engineer.
4. The entire cost of the said watexmains is to be paid
by the issuing of debentures bearing interest a% %he rate of
~ per centum per annum and be /epaid by ~he special
assessments over a term of 20 years.
5. The Treasurer of the Township may~ subject to the
approval of Council, agree with any bank oz person, for temp-
orary advances of money to meet the cost of the work pending
complet ion thereof.
6. Any person whose lot is specially assessed may
come, ute by a payment in cash the special rate imposed by
paying the cost of construction assessed upon such lot with-
out the interest forthwith after the special assessment roll
has been certified by the Clerk, but may not commute after the
debenture by-law has been passed.
