NON THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERIN3 ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: A. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENt 1. Schedule "A" of By-law 3036 is hereby amended by aliezing the M1 designation on Lots I and 2 on Plan 316 and lhe A designation on parl of Lot 20 in Concession 1, all as shown hatched on Schedule "A" hezelo annexed, to (Gene~ al Commezcl al). B. TEXT A~ND~NT 1. That Section 13 of By-law 3036 is hereby amended by adding lhereto the following: 13.4.2 Part Lot 20, Concession 1, and Lots 1 and Plan 316. Noiwi~hsianding the provisions of Sections 13.1 and 13.1.1, the lands described in Schedule "B" annexed hereto and forming part of ibis by-law shall be used exclusively for the operalion of a food market wilh complementary retail outlets. C.
