Being a By-law to dedicate part
of Lot 20, Concession 4 as a
public highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The Corporation of
the Township of Pickering and it is deemed expedient to
dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE TIlE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TO,~SHIP
OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public
highway.
READ a First, Second and Third time and passed in open
Council this day of

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate 1Ming and being in the Township of
Pickering, in the County of Ontario, and being composed
of the northerly 27 feet in perpendicular width of Lot
20 in Concession ~ of the said Township.
