for %he T~nship of Pickezing;
A~ W~R~S the total cos~ ~f ~he said fixe
pum~z, $31,000.00, will be levied by an annual rate against
all ~he rateable property in %he Township of Pickexi~ Oyez
a period of 5 yeaIs.
~W THEREFORE T~ C~I~IL ~ THE ~R~RATION OF
T~ T~HIP OF PIC~RI~ E~S AS FOL~S:
1. Tha~ one 1970 Fozd, MC850, Triple combination
pumpe/, 840 I.G.P.M. shall be ~zchased aT a Total estimated
cos% of $31,000.00.
2. Tha~ ~heze shall ~ borrowed fox ~he p~pose set
o~ in Clause 1 ~he sum of $31~000.00 which sum shall be a
charge agains~ all ~he rateable pro~/ty in ~he T~nship of
Picker ing.
3. That the special IaTe ~o pay for The said fire
pumper shall be paid in 5 annual instalments.
4. Pending sale of The debentures ~o be issued
finance ~he wo/ks herein %he Head of ~he Council and
TreasuIez may raise fox The purpose aforesaid by way of
loan on such debentures any sum ox s~s of money not
exceeding in all the sum hereby authorized to be borrowed
and may hypothecate such debemTuzes for such loan.
