WHEREAS by an agreement da'ced 'che 17'ch day of
July, 1967, 'che Township agreed ~o sell par'c of Lo~ 22 in
Concession 1 'co Kei'ch S'cewar'c Real'cy Limi'ced, as Trus'cee
for a company 'co be incorpora'ced, for the sum of
$42,000. O0;
ABD WHEREAS i'c is necessary 'co execute a deed
for 'che said lands 'co complete 'che 'czansac'cion;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORAT ION OF
THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERIN3 ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Tha~ 'che Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized
execute a deed da'ced 'che 15'ch day cf May, 1969, from The
Cozpora'cion of 'che Township of Picketing 'co Kei'ch S'cewar'c
Real'cy Limi'ced, as Trus'cee, for 'cha~ paz'c of Lo'C 22 in
Concession 1, more particularly described in Schedule "A"
here'co annexed, and 'co affix 'che seal of 'che Corpora'cien
'chere'co and 'co execu'ce a deed and all documen'cs required
complete 'che transac'cion.
READ a Firs'c, Second and Third 'cime and passed in
open Council 'chis /~ ~' day mf ~-~ 1969.

ALL AhD SIx~GUtAR ~hat certain parcel oz tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in ~h~Township of Pickezing
in the County of Ontario and being composed of part of Lot
22 Concession 1 and which said parcel of land may be more
particularly described as follows:
PREMISING the bearing North 17 degrees 07 minutes West of the
road allowance between Lo~s 22 and 23 governs all bearings
herein;
COM~NCIN3 at an iron pipe planted which may be located in
the following manner;
BEGINNING at ~he south-west angle of Lot 22;
THENCE northerly along the easterly limit ~f ~he road
allowance between Lo~s 22 and 23 a distance of 3986.13 feet
to an iron pipe planted;
THENCE North 72 degrees 06 minu~es gas~ 320 feet 10 inches

THENCE North 17 degrees 53 minutes West 575 feet 0-3/4
inches to an iron pipe plan~ed in the south-easterly limit
of The King's Highway No. 2 as widened by Plan 31~ the said

along the last mentioned limit from the line of an old
post and wire fence now standing and extending southerly
