being a By-law to dedicate
part of Lot 11 in Concession
3 as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The
Corporation of the Township of Pickezing and it is deemed
expedient to dedicate the said lands as a public highw~Tf.
NOW T[~REFORE THE COUNCIL OF TkLE CORPORATION CF
THE TCI~NSI-IIP OF PICKERINO ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public
highway.

ALL A~D SIbI3ULAR tha~ certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate lying and being composed ~ part cf Lot 11,
in the Third Concession of the said Tow~mship~ which said
pazcel oz tract of land may be more particularly described
as follo%vs:
PRE~IISIN3 that the westerly limit cf the road allowance
between Lots 10 and 11 in the Third Concession (being also
the easterly limit of Lot 11, Concession 3) has a [mmring
of North 16 degrees 52 minutes West and relating all
bea~ings used herein thereto;
COMS~NCiNG at a point in the easterly limit of said Lot 11
distant 1597.59 feet measured southerly therealomg from the
north-east angle of said Lot 11~ being at the north-east
corner of the lands more ~rticulazly described in
instrument regislered as number 36732 for the Township ~f
Picketing on tile 2nd day of Febrt~ry, 1954;
TP2SNCE North 16 degrees 52 minutes West along the easterly
limit of said Lot 11 a distance cf 80 feet to an iron k~r
planted;
THENCE South 72 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds West 17 feet
to a point;
THENCE South 16 degrees 52 minutes East 80 feet more ox less
to a point in a line drawn on a course ~f South 72 degrees 57
minutes 40 seconds West through the point of commencement;
THENCE Noxth 72 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds East 17 feet
more or ]ess to the POINT OF COM~iENCEbIEN~.
