WHER£AS tile lands herein aze owned by The
Cozpozation of the Township of Picketing and it is deemed
expedient to dedicate the said lands as a public hiohway.
NOW TtlEREFORE T~ COUNCIL OF TI-~ CGRPORATION OF
THE TOWN$IIIP OF PICKBRING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Tha% the lands desczibed in Schedule "A" hexeto
annexed be and ~he same aze hezeby dedicated as a public
highway.
READ a Fizst, Second and Thizd time and passed
in open Council this /~,~(day of ~ A.D. 1969.

ALL AAD SINGULA~q that certain parcel c~ tract or land and
premises situate lying and being in t~Tov,~nship of Pickerin9
and County of Ontario, and being composed of part of Lot 12,
Concession 4 for the said Township, which said parcel may
be more particularly described as follm~s:
PREMISING that the bearing of the south limit of the saiJ
Lot 12 is North 72 degrees 58 minutcs 20 seconds ~ast and
relating all bearings used herein thereto;
COMMENCING at a point in the said Lot t2, Concession 4, which
may be located as follows:
BEGINNING at the south-east angle of the said Lot 12;
THENCE South 72 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds West along
the s~J south limit to its intersection with the west
limit of Green%rood Road, a distance of 66.0 feet;
THENCE North 16 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds ~est alger3
the said west limit a distance of 77.0 feet to the said

TI~NCE from The point of conumencement continuing North 16
degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds West along the said west limit
of Greenwood Road to its intersection with the south limit
of the Canadian Pacific Railway lands, a distance ~ 790.31
feet;
T}~NCE South 70 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds %~est along
the said south limit of the Canadian Pacific ~ailw~; /ands
to a point of intersection with a line drawn parallel to
the said west limit of Gree~vood Nc~d and distant westerly
therefrom 10o0 feet measured at right angles thereto, a
distance of 10.01 feet more or less;
THENCE South 16 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds East along
the said parallel line to its intersection with the northerly
limit of Ontario County Road No. 4, as widened, a distance
of 799.86 feet;
