A By-Law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement between the Ontario
Department of Public Works and the
Corporation of the Township of
Picketing.
WHEREAS the cost of the administration of justice
was assumed by the Province as at January 1, 1968;
AND WHEREAS the Province of Ontario has agreed to
pay the Township rental for the use of the Council Chambers
and Committee Room for the purpose of administering justice;
The Council of the Township of Picketing therefore
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an agreement loller to Lease) on a per diem basis
with the Department of Public Works, Special
Projects Branch, for the rental of Council
Chambers and Committee Room for the administration
of justice.
