A By-law to establish a Community
Centre at Frenchman's Bay.
WHEREAS provision is made for the establishment of a
Community Centre in Ontario under the Community Centres Act,
1961, and
WHEREAS it is desired to establish a Community Centre at
Township Part Lot 25, Range III Broken Front Concession in
the Township of Pickering ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
That a Community Centre defined as the Frenchman's Bay Community
Teen Centre under the Community Centres Act 1961, and the
regulations thereunder, and that the said Community Centre be
administered by the following Board, duly appointed for the
ensuing years.

The said Community Centre shall be maintained as a Community
Centre by the said Board in conformity with the Act and
Regulations made thereunder.
