WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by the Corporation of the Township of Pickering and it is deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands as a public highway. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the lands described in Schedule "All hereto annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public highway. By-Law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open Council this _LZfg day of 1970. THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING SCHEDULE "A" ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario, Province of Ontario, and being composed of part of Lot 35, in Broken Front Range 2 of the said Township, the said parcel or tract being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at a point in the westerly limit of the said lot distant southerly therealong three thousand, seven hundred and twenty feet, three and one-quarter inches (3,720'-34") from the northwesterly angle thereof; THENCE easterly at right angles to the said westerly limit, a distance of ten feet (101-0") to a point; THENCE southerly and parallel to the said westerly limit, a distance of one hundred and ten feet (1101-011) to a point; THENCE westerly along a line drawn at right angles from the said westerly limit, a distance of ten feet (101-0") to the said westerly limit; THENCE northerly along the said westerly limit, a distance of one hundred and ten feet (1101-011) to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT.
