Being a By-lava to dedicate certain
lands as public highways.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and it is deemed expedient to dedicate
the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed
be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public highway.

ALL An SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises, situate, lying and being in the Township of
Pickering, in the County of Ontario, being that part of
Block 11011 and that part of the one foot (11) reserve,
Plan M-7, and being designated as parts 1, 2 and 3 on a
Plan of Survey of Record filed in the Office of Land
Titles at Whitby as Plan WR-301.
