WHEREAS the lands described firstly, secondly and thirdly in Schedule "A" hereto were conveyed to The Corporation of the Township of Pickering for road widening purposes to satisfy conditions of the Committee of Adjustment to be fulfilled by William Heaton and Gextxude Heaton, Jack Jacobsen Construction Limited, and William George Lawson respectively prior to the gxanting of consents to convey abutting lands and it is necessary to dedicate the said lands of public highways so that the abutting lands will have frontage on a public highway. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" annexed hereto and forming part of this by-law axe hereby dedicated as a public highway. READ a first, second and third time and passed in open Council this o? day of .122,4?L ? , 1970. SCHEDULE "A" ALL AND SIMULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises situate lying and beingin the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario and being composed of: FIRSTLY: That part of Lot 1 according to Registrar's Compiled Plan 818 filed in the Registry Office fox the Registry Division of the County of Ontario described as follows: COMMENCING at a point in the northerly limit of the said Lot 1 distant 96 feet 4?4 inches measured easterly from the north-west angle of the said Lot 1; THENCE South 16 degrees East a distance of 17 feet; THENCE North 74 degrees 38 minutes East, parallel to the said northerly limit, a distance of 100 feet; THENCE North 16 degrees West a distance of 17 feet to the said northerly limit; THENCE South 74 degrees 38 minutes West along the said northerly limit of the said Lot 1 a distance of 100 feet to the said POINT OF COMMENCEMENT. SECONDLY: Those parts of Lot 7 according to said Registrar's Compiled Plan 818 described as follows: Paxcel 1 PREMISIM that the east limit of said Lot 7 has a bearing of North 16 degrees 55 minutes West and relating all bearings herein thereto; COMMENCIM at the south-east angle of said Lot 7; THENCE North 16 degrees 55 minutes West along the east limit of said lot a distance of 65.00 feet; THENCE South 73 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds West, parallel to the south limit of said lot, a distance of 10.00 feet; - 2 - THENCE South 16 degrees 55 minutes East a distance of 50.01 feet to a point; THENCE south-westerly along the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 15,00 feet, a distance of 23.55 feet to a point in the south limit of said Lot 7 distant 24.99 feet measured westerly therein from the south-east angle thereof, said arc has a chord equivalent of 21.20 feet measured on a course of South 28 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds West; THENCE North 73 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds East along the south limit of said lot a distance of 24.99 feet to the POINT OF COMMENCEM M. Parcel 2 COMMENCIN3 at the north-east angle of said Lot 7; THEME South 16 degrees 55 minutes East along the east limit of said lot a distance of 55.00 feet; THENCE South 73 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 10.00 feet; THENCE North 16 degrees 55 ipinutes West a distance of 55.00 feet to a point in the north limit of said Lot 7 distant 10.00 feet measured westerly thexein from the north- east angle thereof; THENCE North 73 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds East along the said north limit a distance of 10.00 feet to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT. THIRDLY: Those parts of Lot 31 in Concession 2 of the said Township of Pickering designated as PARTS 1 and 5 on a plan deposited in the said Registxy Office fox the Registry Division of the County of Ontario as Plan RD350.
