BY-LAW NUMBER 3896/70
A By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement of Purchase and
Sale dated September 21, 1970.
WHEREAS by By-law 3880, the Reeve and Clerk were
authorized to execute an agreement of Purchase and
Sale between the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Justine Holdings Limited which agree-
ment is subject to certain conditions;
AND WHEREAS Council has agreed to waive the condition
with respect to the purchase of a 36.47 acre parcel
set out in the said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized
to purchase 36.406 acres of the lands referred
to in the said agreement and issue the necessary
cheque and sign any documents required to
complete the said purchase.
By-law read a first, second and third time this
28th day of October, 1970.
