being a by-law to authorize the
execution of the license agree-
ment fox land at the east end
of Rodd Avenue.
WHEREAS the Township desires to construct and main-
tain a turning circle at the easterly end of Rodd Avenue;
AND WHEREAS the Metropolitan Toronto and Region
Conservation Authority has consented to such construction and
maintenance on part of its lands on the south side of Rodd
Avenue until such time as Rodd Avenue is extended easterly;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERIN3 ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a grant of license between the Metropolitan Toronto
and Region Conservation Authority and the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering with respect to the construction and
maintenance of a turning circle easement on the northerly
45 feet of Lots 44 and 45 on Plan 233.
