being a by-law to authorize
the execution of an agreement
with DERBY CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY LIMITED dated the 27th
day of August, 1970.
WHEREAS by a transfer registered in the Office of Land
Titles at Whitby as number 8463, the Township imposed certain
restrictive covenants torun with the lands described therein.
AND WHEREAS all of the said restrictive covenants required
by this transfer have been complied with and Derby Construction
Company Limited has requested to be released therefrom.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
an agreement dated August 27, 1970 waiving the rights of the
Township to repurchase lands conveyed to Derby Construction
Company Limited by instrument 8463 registered in the Office of
Land Titles at Whitby.
