Being a By-law to dedicate
certain lands as public
highways.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The Corporation of
the Township of Pickering and it is deemed expedient to
dedicate the said lands as public highways.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following lands be and the same are hereby
dedicated as public highways.
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of
land and premises situate, lying and being in the
Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario and
being composed of those parts of Lot 19 in Range 3
of the said Township described as follows:
That part of said Lot 19 in Range 3 designated as
PART 1 on a plan deposited in the Registry Office
for the Registry Division of the County of Ontario
as Plan R.D. 327.
2. By-Law 3813 be and the same is hereby repealed.
