HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3845/70THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER Being a By-law to dedicate certain lands as public highways. WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The Corporation of the Township of Pickering and it is deemed expedient to, dedicate the said lands as public highways. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERNG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the following lands be and the same are hereby dedicated as public highways. ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Pickering, in the County of Ontario, and being composed of part of Lot 27, in the Second Concession of the said Township described as follows: COMMENCING }n the southerly limit of the said lot at a point therein distant three hundred and thirty feet (3309) measured Westerly therealong from the South-Easterly angle of the said lot; THENCE Westerly along the Southerly limit of the said lot eighty-five feet (859); THENCE Northerly parallel to the Easterly limit of the said lot ten feet (109); THENCE Easterly parallel to the Southerly limit of the said lot eighty-five feet (85'); THENCE Southerly parallel to the Easterly limit of the said lot ten feet (109) to the point of commencement.
