being a by-law to dedicate
certain lands as a public
highway.
WHEREAS the lands described firstly and secondly and thirdly,
in Schedule "A" annexed hereto, wexe conveyed to The Corporation
of the Township of Pickering fox road widening purposes to satisfy
conditions of the Committee of Adjustment to be fulfilled by
Norman G. Fxetz, William David Allan Burk Pugh and Grant James
Harman Widdifield respectively, prior to the granting of a consentt
to convey abutting lands and it is necessary to dedicate the said
lands as public highways so that the abutting lands will have
frontage on a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed be
and the same are hereby dedicated as a public highway.
READ a Fixst, Second and Third time and passed in open
Council this 41 day of ( '1c ld_A.D.1970.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Township of Picketing
in the County of Ontario, and being composed of:
FIRSTLY:
That part of Lot 30, in the 9th Concession of the said Township,
more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the North 15 degrees 33 minutes West of the
westerly limit of said Lot 30 governs all bearings herein;
COMMENCIN3 at an iron bar in the westerly limit of said Lot 30
distant 515.13 feet measured northerly thereon from the southwest
angle of said Lot 30;
THENCE North 15 degrees 33 minutes west along the westerly limit
of said Lot 30, 733.76 feet to an iron bar;
THENCE north 74 degrees 27 minutes east 10 feetto a point;
THENCE south 15 degrees 33 minutes east parallel to the westerly
limit of said Lot 30, 733.76 feet more or less to a point
measured 10 feet on a bearing of north 71 degrees 19 minutes 30
seconds east from tte POINT OF COMMENCEMENC herein;
THENCE south 71 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds west a distance of
10 feet to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT.
SECO PD LY :
That part of Lot 32 in the 6th Concession of the said Township of
Pickering containing 1.097 acres and being designated as PART 3
on a Reference Plan of Survey deposited in the Registry Office
for the Registry Division of the said County on the 7th day of
October, 1969 as Plan RD 85.
THIRDLY :
That part of Block 3 according to a plan registered at the Registry
Office fox the Registry Division of the County of Ontario as
No. 3532 the said parcel or tract being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at an iron bar planted at the northeasterly angle of
said Block 3;
THENCE southerly in and along the easterly limit of Block 3 a
distance of 17 feet to a point;
THENCE westerly parallel with the northerly limit of said Block

3 a distance of 75 feet to a point where an iron bar has been
planted;
THENCE northerly parallel with the said easterly limit of said
Block 3 a distance of 17 feet to a point where an iron bar has
been planted in the northerly limit of said Block 3;
THENCE easterly in and along the said northerly limit of said
Block 3 a distance of 75 feet to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT;
