WHEREAS the lands described Firstly and Secondly (A. G. Quesnelle), Thirdly (S. Romanenko), Fourthly ( W. Neilson), F'F 14,y PidMb&.L and ( Palm Drive Developments Limited), in Schedule "A" annexed hereto, were conveyed to The Corporation of the Township of Pickering fox road widening purposes to satisfy conditions of the Committee of Adjustment, to be fulfilled by A. G. Quesnelle, S. Romanenko, W. Neilson and Palm Drive Developments Limited respectively prior to the granting of a consent to convey abutting lands and it is necessary to dedicate the said lands as public highways so that the abutting lands will have frontage on a public highway. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed be and the same axe hereby dedicated as a public highway. J U SCHEDULE "A" ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario, and being composed of: FIRSTLY: That part of Lot 127, according to a plan registered at the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the County of Ontario as No.331, the said parcel or tract being more particularly described as follows: PREMISING that the Westerly limit of the said Lot has a bearing of North 16 degrees 00 minutes West, and relating all bearings herein thereto, then CM2,NCIIG at the southeasterly angle of this said Lot; THENCE South 74 degrees 00 minutes West along the Southerly limit of the said Lot, a distance of 18.54 feet to a point; THENCE on a curve to the left having a radius of 15 feet and a chord equivalent of 23.20 feet more or less, measured on a bearing of North 23 degrees 21 minutes, 10 seconds East, a distance of 26.52 feet more or less to the point of tangent of the said curve with the Easterly limit of the said Lot; THENCE Southerly along the last mentioned limit, being on a curve to the left having a radius of 15.00 feet, and a chord equivalent of eighteen decimal seven six feet, more or less measured on a bearing of South 28 degrees 02 minutes 05 seconds East, a distance of 18.76 feet more or less to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT . SECONDLY: That part of Lot 127, according to a plan registered at the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the County of Ontario as No. 331, the said parcel or tract being more part- icularly described as follows: PREMISIN3 that the Westerly limit of the said Lot has a bearing of North 16 degrees 00 minutes West, and relating all bearings }asein thereto, then - 2 - COMMENCING at the Southwesterly angle of the said Lot; THENCE North 74 degrees 00 minutes East along the Southerly limit of the said Lot, a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; THENCE on a curve to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet and a chord equivalent of twenty-one decimal two one feet more or less, measured on a bearing of North 29 degrees 00 minutes West, a distance of 23.56 feet more or less to the point of tangent of the said curve with the Northerly limit of the said Lot ; THENCE Southerly along, the said Westerly limit, a distance of 15.00 feet to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT. THIRDLY: That part of Lot 21 in the First Concession of the said Township being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the northwest angle of the said Lot 21; THENCE easterly along the Northerly limit of the said lot a distance of 200 feet to a point; THENCE in a Southerly direction and parallel to the fence mark- ing the Westerly limit of the said lot a distance of 17 feet to a point; THENCE in a westerly direction and parallel with the Northerly limit of the said lot a distance of 200 feet to a point; THENCE in a northerly direction along the fence marking the westerly limit of the said lot a distance of 17 feet to the POINT OF COMMENCEME NT. FOURTHLY: That part of lot number 16 in the 6th Concession of the said T ownship,more particularly described as follows: PREMISIIG that the bearings herein are astronomic and are derived from deposit plan 288 (Highways); COMMENCING at a point in the west limit of said lot 16 Concession 6, which may be located as follows: BEGINNING at the south-west angle of said lot 16; THENCE north 17 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds west along the west limit of the said lot 16 a distance of 1321.98 feet to an angle -3- therein; THENCE north 17 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds west continuing along the said west limit of said lot 16 a distance of 1172.35 feet to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT: THENCE from the point of commencement and continuing north 17 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds west along the said west limit of said lot 16 a distance of 200 feet; THENCE north 69 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds east a distance of 10 feet; THENCE south 17 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds east parallel to the said west limit of said lot 16 a distance of 200 feet; THENCE south 69 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds west a distance of 10 feet to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT. FIFTHLY: That PART 4 on a plan of survey of record filed in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the County of Ontario as Number RD-54- D x C L A A A T 1 0 N IN THE MATTER Of the registration of Township of Pickering Br-Law 03034/70 dedicating certain parcels of land for road purposes I, Noel C. Marshall, Deputy Clerk of the Township of Pickering, hereby declare that in the matter of By-Law #3834/70 of the Township of Pickering dedicating certain lands for road purposes, and in particular referring to Clause S of Schedule "A", that reference Plan ND-54 is located in Township Lot 19, Concession 1. I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing it to be true and knowing that it is of the same force and affect as if made under oath by virtue of the Canada Evidence Act.
