WHEREAS Harold Hoffmann and Diane Maxguexite Hoffmann have
requested permission of the Township to permit their dwelling at
595 Annland Street to encroach on the road allowance and the
Council of the Township of Pickering has agreed to permit the
encroachment during the life of the existing building.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk axe authorized to execute a Licence
Agreement between the Coxporation of the Township of Pickering to
Harold Hoffmann and Diane Marguerite Hoffmann dated June 10, 1970
with respect to the property municipally known as 595 Annland Street.
