By-Law Number
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
three members to the Court of
Revision.
WHEREAS Section 1 of The Local Improvement Act is amended
to provide for the establishment of a Court of Revision;
AND WHEREAS a Court of Revision shall consist of three
or five members;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickering
may appoint such members and pay such remuneration and
expenses as Council may by by-law provide;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Pickering that the following persons be
appointed to the Court of Revision and be paid the rate
of $19.00 per diem and 15¢ per mile.

Mr. G. Allman
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this 4th day of May, 1970.
